Christian Casiano, violin, is a senior at St. Sebastian’s School in Needham, MA. He has been with Project STEP since the age of 5, joining through the FOCUS kindergarten program, and currently studies with Lucia May. He is a member of New England Conservatory’s Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and a student of BEAM (Bridge to Equity and Achievement in Music), in which Project STEP is a proud partner of the initiative. In the fall, he plans to double major in music at Furman University (SC), where he was awarded one of their Presidential Music Scholarships.
Dalilah Mostoslavsky, violin, is a senior at the Boston Latin School. Dalilah auditioned into Project STEP in 2017 and currently studies with Lucia May. She is a member of New England Conservatory’s Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, and previously toured Italy with NEC’s Youth Symphony Orchestra. Dalilah serves as a student mentor at Project STEP and meets with younger students to help them develop musical skills. In the fall, she plans to study Mechanical Engineering and Comparative Literature at New York University (NYU).
